• Food and beverages in Manaus and private city tours
• 2 quality rods with Shimano reels (rental $ 60/week)
• Special transfers and hotel reservations when not arriving/ departing with the party
• Airport departure tax.
• Satellite phone calls ($ 4/minute)

Deposit

Once a reservation is made and a request for us to hold your space, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required and must arrive in our office within 5 days upon receiving the invoice. All balances are due a minimum of 60 days prior to the departure date of the trip. All deposits are not refunded and if cancellation occurs within 60 days of trip date, all money is forfeited provided we cannot fill the cancelled space.

NO EXCEPTIONS. This may seem a bit strong by most standard trip cancellation policies but due to the trip requiring a minimum number of total fisherman, we must insure that those who have booked and paid for their trip be able to execute the trip without fear of a trip being cancelled or moved to a different date. Therefore it is extremely important that you feel certain you can make this trip once you have reserved and paid for your space.
